How do you deal with specialized terms?
GLOVA has a wide ranging team of specialized translators in many fields.
As translation in itself requires varied knowledge and ability in each field, the quality of the translation will not meet the requirement if a specialist is not used depending on the field in question.
Even though we are an all comprehensive translation company, we are also a group of many specialized translators.

Is it better to have work carried out by in-house translators?
That depends on the type of work involved.
We have an option of having in-house translators for work that is constant and in the same specialized field with heavy loads.
However, it is more effective to outsource work for small translation jobs and/or for jobs that are larger but irregular on a “translation as required” basis.
Translation itself has many varying fields with technical, legal, and accounting being just a few. It would therefore be impossible to have experienced translators that are able to handle all of these fields.
GLOVA can be used just like your own in-house translation department in order to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
We also have a system in place where accumulated translation know-how from translation work given from our customers is utilised to improve efficiency.
